Covid 19: See the parent and class pages for updates, help and work

Welcome to Year 2!

Class Teacher: Mrs Sutton      Teaching Assistant: Denise Turner

Hello from your Year 2 teaching team!

We know that things are a little strange right now,

so we want to reassure you that we are still here!

We plan to bring you lots of ideas for things to help keep you learning and growing your big brains, as well as things to help keep yourselves busy, happy and healthy at home.

Keep checking in as we intend to update the webpage regularly.

Take care for now,

Mrs Sutton & Denise

We are asking as many children as possible to complete the work being set on Google Classroom.

All Year 2 children have access to the Year 2 Google Classroom, and this is where the majority of the work will be set.

Accessing Google Classroom means that children are able to do work set at their level and they are able to receive feedback and support from both Mrs Sutton and Denise.

If you are having problems accessing Google Classroom, or any of the other online content then please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Sutton immediately, you can email her at .

Paper packs will be produced every two weeks, these will contain material to support children's learning where they are unable to access Google Classroom, or as a supplement for children who want more paper-based learning. There are also fantastic home-learning packs available to download from the Islington CS website, there will be a new one for each week, you can find them here:

Please look out for emails and texts from the school to keep you informed about weekly online video meetings with Mrs Sutton and whole school assemblies.

Thank you!
